SHIPPING

AncientStudios offers free shipping on all orders within Germany, all shipping costs to all other countries must be covered by the customer, as AncientStudios does not offer free international shipping. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the ordering process depending on the delivery address. AncientStudios ships to most countries worldwide. Depending on your location the shipping costs might be higher & toll charges & taxes could apply.

Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as your order has been processed, you will be sent a tracking number & you will be able to track your order.

To make the shipping process more sustainable, we ship all orders via DHL, as they offer a GoGreen program for cleaner & more sustainable shipping.

RETURNS

You can return all unused items in their original packaging to us within 14 days of receiving them. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier & indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Please make sure that the products ordered are in their original condition & the label has not been removed. Otherwise we cannot refund your purchasing cost. Items that have clearly been worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union & whose exclusive residence & address of delivery are located outside of the European Union.

AncientStudios does not cover the costs for any returns, in order to minimise excessive returns & their accompanied CO2 emissions. If you need to return an order, please download our return form, fill it out & include it in the package. We will not accept any returns without the filled out return form. For the return form, please contact our customer support.
